Perfect Poultry

The perfect poultry course is a short course designed to give you an insight onto getting the most from your birds!

You will work on two chickens and one duck which you will take home with you at the end of the course.

You will learn how to bone, roll and stuff a chicken, portion your duck and chicken just the way you like. Throughout the course the Artisan Butcher will talk about the history of poultry in the UK and welfare standards that you should be looking for, along with handy cooking tip and ideas. It goes without saying that all birds will be local and free range.

Refreshments will be provided throughout the course.
