On Sunday 6th December, we will be running our ‘Make Your Own Christmas Hamper’ course. Christmas is a time for fantastic food, and what could be better than butchering your own Christmas table treats. The Artisan Butcher will take you through basic butchery skills, and enable you to create your very own meaty treats.
Participants will be able to butcher their own turkey as they wish, for example boned and rolled, or stuffed. You will also get the opportunity to make your own Christmas gammon, along with your own chipolata sausages, and of course ‘pigs-in-blankets.’
You will finish the day with making your very own flavour of stuffing, before heading home with all of your key ingredients for a fantastic Christmas dinner.
