Hope you’re all well! Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve blogged, lots of exciting projects have been happening which I’ll update you with in my next blog but I just had to share my fab weekend at Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival on the 29th & 30th September………
I was extremely fortunate to be asked to demo at the Glynde Food and English Wine Festival on the 14th and 15th July. Looking on their website (which you can find here) this had the makings of a fantastic event, with the likes of John Torode, Dhruv Baker, Lisa Faulkner, Tim Anderson and Tom Whitaker to name but a few taking to the stage. The event is set in the stunning grounds of Glynde Place. The setting was awesome and the event did not disappoint. I strongly believe that in a few years time this will be the country’s best food and wine festival, bar none. The whole event was oozing with style and grace, and the passion from everyone involved was clear to see.
Howdee all and welcome to my Artisan Butcher website and blog! It’s been a long time coming and some days I thought I would never get this far but here it is.
I would like to start by saying a huge thank you to all the guys that have helped me get this far, especially Libby from @Emaevents and the guys from GNMA @gnmaltd and Dave Robertson who has designed the site.
For years I’ve been trying to turn my passion into a business and go from working for some one to working for myself, but you know how it is, passion doesn’t pay the bills and having no start up capital is a real bummer.
