These two courses have been designed for the lovers of fire and food! The BBQ King is a mixed bag of meat, including whole Sutton Hoo chicken, shoulder of rare breed pork, leg of lamb, beef and all skins, seasoning and marinades to make your own fabulous sausage, burgers and amazing BBQ products.
The BBQ Pig will include shoulder of pork, loin, belly and all skins, with seasoning and marinades to create your own sausages and burgers.
The Artisan Butcher will demonstrate the many ways that you can cut your meat for different cooking methods on the BBQ from around the world as well as a short history of cooking over fire. Then it’s over to you to get stuck in and create your own BBQ delights.
An informal BBQ lunch will be provided at the end of the course with refreshments. This will give you a chance to chat with the Artisan Butcher and your fellow classmates.
